Quell Rosé 2015, méthode traditionnelle

Harvest: by hand end of August 2015

Variety: Pinot Noir 70%, St. Laurent 30%

Vinification: short maceration time, gentle pressing, fermentation with natural yeast in 1000lt oak barrel and 3x500lt Tonneaux, malolactic fermentation also in barrel, maturation till january 2016 on the lies, february second fermentation, 3 years in the bottle on the lies

Alcohol: 13,5 % vol. Residual sugar 3g/l Acidity: 4,9 g/l  free So2: 35mg/l

Description: bright salmon pink, fine and creamy Mousseux with a hint of berries, good structure with a nice perlage
