Organic status: conventional

2015 was a perfect year for Beerenauslese; ripe grapes infested with a healthy noble rot (Botrytis). Equally divided between Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay. The wine captivates with a clear, multi-layered fruit and a fresh and animating style on the palate
