Grapes: 100% Zweigelt

Vinification: natural yeast fermentation in wooden cask, 12 days maceration with 25°C fermenting temperature, 100% malolactic, 8 months maturation in 500lt oak barrels

Alcohol: 12,5% vol. Residual sugar: 1g/lt Acidity: 5,3 g/lt free So2: 25mg/l total So2: 45mg/l

Description: This Zweigelt is intended to manifest our life, creation and thinking in exemplary fashion. It is like the pleasant and vital side of life. Archetypically the Zweigelt stands for a lightness and fruitiness supported by filigree tannin. 2017 was a balanced, compact year. This wine reflects this exciting vintage typicity.

Bottled in 750ml with natural cork
