Rosé St. Laurent
Harvest end of August 2020, gentle treading of the grapes with the feet, maceration for 2,5 hours, spontaneous fermentation in 500lt wooden barrels. Storage on full lees for 4 months. Then drawn off in 1000lt amphora. Bottled unfiltered. Minimal sulphurisation.
Alcohol: 11,5% vol. Residual sugar: 1,0 g/l Acidity: 5,0 g/l
