Blauer Zweigelt Heideboden 2020

Pure, mellow cherries, fruity but at the same time complex, velvety soft with a fine tanin, prances on the tongue, tasty, really good stuff;  brings the sunny side of our region into your glass – a feel-good wine at any time!

Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, cooler fermentation temperature at 25-27°C, maceration for 14 days, pressing and malolactic fermentation in wooden fermenters, from February 2021 10 months in 500 liter barrels.

Alcohol: 12.5 % vol.
Residual sugar: 1.1 g/l
Acidity: 5.0 g/l

Organic status: certified organic by AT-BIO-402, LN 5576/21

Soil: black earth with quartz sand on gravel
