Harvest: Handpicked in September 2021

Vinification: Grape crushing, fermentation on the skins in Stockinger 1500lt wooden fermenters. Pressing after 7 hours and transfer into 500lt and 228lt barrels. Intermediate storage in amphora. Maturation for 9 months on the fine lees. Single sulphur addition and no filtration.

Alcohol: 12.5 % vol.
Residual sugar: 1.0 g/l
Acidity: 5.5 g/l

Organic status: biodynamically produced according to respect, certified by AT-BIO-402

This Chardonnay combines tension, extract, minerality, lightness and depth in an exemplary way. Not filtered. Minimal sulphurisation, maximum drinking pleasure.

Origin: Ried Goldberg, cool location on the Parndorfer Platte, Danube terrace gravel with lime inclusions, brown earth, slightly sandy-loamy.

Bottled as Landwein in 0.75lt Burgundy bottles with natural cork.
