Alcohol: 12,5% vol. Residual sugar: 1,1 g/l Acidity: 5,5 g/l
Zweigelt is our main grape variety. This wine shows the classical cherry-sour cherry fruit and the typical juiciness of the Zweigelt. It is fermented with the natural yeast from the vineyard and ripe for 8 months in 500lt and 225lt oak barrels.
