Zu Tisch white 2016

 

Blend:  Sauvignon blanc, Weissburgunder, Grüner Veltliner

 Soil: black soil, danbue gravel, sandy loam

 

Harvest: picked by hand  8-12 September 2015

 

Vinification: spontaneously fermentation 15% with skin maceration for Sauvignon blanc; Battonage, Maturing for 6 months in 500lt oak barrels on the fine yeast

 

Alcohol: 12,5 % vol. Residual sugar: 1,6 g/l Acidity: 5,3 g/l

 

The name "zu Tisch" appears to have a perfect wine for a dish, for a nice conversation with friends or just to enjoy the life.
