Blend: Sauvignon blanc, Weissburgunder, Neuburger

Soil: black soil, danbue gravel, sandy loam


Harvest: picked by hand  8.-12. September 2017


Vinification: spontaneously fermentation, 10 days skin maceration for Sauvignon Blanc, Weissburgunder and Neuburger fermented without skin maceration, Maturation for 6th month in steel tank on the fine yeast


Alcohol: 12,5 % vol. Residual sugar: 1,6 g/l Acidity: 5,3 g/l


The name "zu Tisch" appears to have a perfect wine for a dish, for a nice conversation with friends or just to enjoy the life. Uncomplicated, fresh but still complex. For all occasions.
