Soil: danube gravel, sandy limy loam

Harvest: picked by hand 16-27 Mitte September 2013

 

Vinification: spontaneously fermentation in steel tank with 14 days skin maceration, malolactic, maturing for 15 months in wooden cask and used 500lt oak barrels

 

Alcohol: 13% vol. Residual sugar: 1,2 g/l Acidity: 5,5 g/l
