Vinification: whole grape pressing, spontaneous Fermentation, matured in burgundy barrels
Alcohol: 10.5% vol. Residual sugar: 171 g/l Acidity: 6.5 g/l The grapes from the location Salzberg were harvested by hand at 13th November with the best noble rot (Botrytis). In this style, the Welschriesling variety again grows to the top. Fine, elegant fruit with a dense, complex, exciting palate experience.
