 Harvest: picked by hand,  september 2016


Vinification: spontanic fermentation for 14 days on skin, malolactic fermentation and Battonage, 9 months on the yeast in used 500lt oak barrels


Alcohol: 13% vol. Residual sugar: 1,0 g/l Acidity: 4 g/l


The hand picked grapes have been fermentated spontaneously 14 days with the skins.  9 months maturation in 500 lt oak barrels with yeast contact let the wine express agility und make him fit for storage.  

No filtration, minimal sulfurization.


Bottling on Juli 2017 as "Landwein" in 750ml bottles
