The hand picked grapes have been fermentated spontaneously 14 days with the skins. 9 months maturation in 500 lt oak barrels with yeast contact let the wine express agility und make him fit for storage. No Filtration, minimal sulfuring.
Bottling on the 12 Juli 2016 as "Landwein" in 750ml bottles
