Soil: danube flooded gravel, sandy lightly loam soil

 

Harvest: picked by hand 1 September 2017

 

Vinification: spontaneously fermentation, 12 days skin maceration following with malolactic, maturing for 6 months in used 500lt oak barrels

 

Alcohol: 12,5% vol. Residual sugar: 1,0 g/l Acidity: 5,6 g/l

 

The grapes from our St. Laurent come from the best vineyards of Gols. Appointed with fruit, finesse and character this St. Laurent reflect the region around the "Neusiedler See". Spontaneously fermentation and maturing for 6 months in used 500lt oak barrels
