Vinification: spontaneously fermentation in wooden cask, 20 days skin maceration, malolactic, maturing for 18 months in new and used 500lt oak barrels
Alcohol: 13% vol. Residual sugar: 1,0 g/l Acidity: 4,9 g/l
Our Pannobile red persist for the first time 100% Blaufränkisch. Just the slope from the very best Golser vineyards are in this wine.
