Harvest: picked by hand  middle of september 2015

 

Vinification: spontaneously fermentation in steel tank, 14 days fermentation on skin, maturing 8 months in wooden cask

 

 

Alcohol: 13% vol.

Residual sugar: 1g/l

Acidity: 4,9 g/l
