Location: Heideboden; Sandy black soils on sea gravel

Harvest: by Hand, middle of September 2015

Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation in the steel tank, 14 days of mashing time, storage for 8 months in used 500lt cask.

 Alcohol: 12.5% vol. Residual sugar: 1.0 g / l Acid: 4.9 g / l

Fresh and fruity wine style
Filling on 30th August 2016 in 0,75lt Bordeaux bottles, closed with screw-cap
