GABARINZA 2013 Organic

 

Blend: 50% Zweigelt, 30% Blaufränkisch and 20% Merlot

 

Vineyard: Gabarinza, danube gravel and sandy limy loam

 

Harvest: picked by hand 12-29 september 2013

 

Vinification: spontaneously fermentation in wooden cask for 24 days macertation, malolactic, maturing for 21 months in new and used 500lt oak barrels

 

Alcohol: 13% vol. Residual sugar: 1 g/lt Acidity: 4,9 g/lt

 

2013 was a well balanced, tight year. In this blend the typicity of the year is good reflected
