Vineyard: Gabarinza, danube gravel and sandy limy loam
Harvest: picked by hand, 10-28 september 2015
Vinification: spontaneously fermentation in wooden cask for 24 days maceration, maturing for 21 months in new and used 500lt oak barrels
Alcohol: 13% vol. Residual sugar: 1 g/lt Acidity: 4,9 g/lt
This blend is our exclusive wine with Merlot inside. We want to create our own style of Merlot so we are thinking for freshness and nice a fruit. This wine combine the austrian wine history with some influcene from abroad.
