Blend: 40 Zweigelt, 40 Blaufränkisch and 20 Merlot

 

Vineyard: Gabarinza, danube gravel and sandy limy loam

 

Harvest: picked by hand september 2015

Vinification: spontaneously fermentation in wooden cask for 24 days macertation, malolactic, maturing for 21 months in new and used 500lt oak barrels

 

Alcohol: 13% vol. Residual sugar: 1 g/lt Acidity: 4,9 g/lt

 

2015 was a well balanced, tight year. In this blend the typicity of the year is good reflected
