Variety: Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc), Chardonnay

Vinification: whole grape pressing, spontaneous fermentation, matured in used 500 lt cask.

Alcohol: 12% vol.
Residual sugar: 105 g/l  Acidity 6.9 g/l

2015 was for us a perfect year to produce a Beerenauslese; Ripe grapes infest with a good noble rot (Botrytis). In equal parts from Weissburgunder and Chardonnay grapes. The wine is characterized by a clear, complex fruit and a fresh and animated style on the palate.


Bottled: to 375ml, closed with screw-cap
