Vinification: destemed and fermented in open tub, malolactic and Battonage in 500 lt old used Tonneaux and 228 lt burgundy oak, 9 months on the yeast, bottling without filtration


Alcohol: 12,5 % vol. Residual sugar: 1,6 g/l Acidity : 5,4 g/l


This Chardonnay combines minerality, tension, extract, deepness and facility exemplary in one wine. The fermentation was 14 days on skins. 9 months with yeast contact and bottled without filtration. minimal sulfuring,  maximum  drink fun.


Bottled as "Landwein" on 12 Juli 2015 in 750ml bottles
