Zu Tisch white 2020

Blend of  31% Scheurebe, 30% Weissburgunder, 16% Sauvignon Blanc, 16% Neuburger, 7% Traminer

Soil: Danube terrace gravel, sandy loamy soil with limestone inclusions

Manual harvest, end of August/beginning of September 2020

Vinification: Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc spontaneous fermentation in wooden barrels and steel tanks, Sauvignon Blanc and Scheurebe fermented on the mash for 10 days. Assemblage the following spring. Aging on the fine yeast until bottling. Before filling, minimal sulphur addition, no filtration.

Alcohol: 12,0 % vol.
Residual sugar: 1.3 g/l
Acidity: 5.0 g/l

Organic status: organic dynamically produced according to respect, tested by AT-BIO-402

Symbolically, our „Zu Tisch“ (which means on the table) line stands for enjoy- ment, joie de vivre, warmth and honesty.
