Zu Tisch white 2017

Harvest: by hand, end of august and begin of september 2017

Blend: 40% Neuburger, 40% Weissburgunder, 20% Sauvignon Blanc

Vinification: Neuburger and Weissburgunder are fermented with natural yeast in oak and steel tank, Sauvignon Blanc is also natural yeast plus skin fermentation for 10 days, 100% malolactic, assemblage in the following spring in 2018, maturation on the lies till bottling, before bottling minimal sulfur addition, no filtration

Alcohol: 12,5 % vol. Residual sugar: 1,6 g/l Acidity: 5,3 g/l free So2: 15 mg/l total So2 40mg/l

wine is in convention to biodynamic agriculture, vegan friendly wine

Descripiton: The name Zu Tisch stands for universal wines which can be combined to every occasion. Like a comfortable table talk, a fully dining table with different dishes or even alone at the terace. This wine fits every time. High fun factor when drinking. Every sips leads to the next one.
