Harvest: by hand begin and middle of september 2017
Grapes: 40% Zweigelt, 35% Blaufränkisch, 25% St. Laurent
Vinification: seperate fermentation with natural yeast in steel tank, 100% Malolactic, maturation in 4000lt wooden cask for 6 months and another 5 months in 500lt used oak barrels
Alcohol: 13% vol. Residual sugar: 1 g/l Acidity: 5,6 g/l

Descripiton: The name Zu Tisch stands for universal wines which can be combined to every occasion. Like a comfortable table talk, a fully dining table with different dishes or even alone at the terace. This wine fits every time. High fun factor when drinking. Every sips leads to the next one.
