The grapes from the single vineyard Salzberg had been harvested with the best noble rot. The region around the lake provides the best climatic conditions for Botrytis. In october and november when there is more humidity and still sun, the best noble rot develops. This variety is predestined for sweet wines. Fine and pure fruit like apples and pepper notes with a well balanced finish make this wine a spectacle.
