Rosé from 60% St. Laurent and 40% Blaufränkisch
Harvest in early September 2021, gentle treading of the grapes with the feet, maceration for 2,5 hours, spontaneous fermentation in 500lt wooden barrels. Storage on full lees for 4 months. Then drawn off in 1000lt amphora. Bottled unfiltered. Minimal sulphurisation.
Alcohol: 11,5% vol. Residual sugar: 1,0 g/l Acidity: 5,0 g/l
