Harvest: by hand 11. and 12. September 2017

Vinification: 30% of the grapes are skin fermented in steel tank, the other part is pressed and fermented in 500lt oak barrels, all with natural yeast, both types mature in oak barrel until the bottling on the lies. 100% malolactic. Because there was no natural clarification through gravity of the grapes we filtered the wines softly. Minimal sulfur used.

Alcohol: 13,0% vol. Restzucker: 1g/l Säure: 4,9 g/l free So2: 21mg/l total So2: 66mg/l

The grapes are from an old vineyard which is called „Goldberg“. Through deep rooted vines and natural yeast fermentation every year the wine become expressive and good structured. Maturation for 14 months in 500lt oak barrels on the lies.
