Pannobile red 2016

Harvest: by hand, middle till end of september 2016

Grapes: 50% Zweigelt, 50% Blaufränkisch

Vinification: seperate fermentation with natural yeast in wooden casks, 14 days maceration, 100% Malolactic, maturation in 4000lt wooden cask and 500lt oak barrels for 16 months

Alcohol: 13% vol. Residual sugar: 1 g/l Acidity: 5,9 g/l free So2: 26mg/l, total So2: 57mg/l

Descripiton: This Pannobile is a blend of Blaufränkisch and Zweigelt. A typical blend of two austrian,  indigenous varieties. Fermentation with natural yeast and a shorter time of maceration give the wine already in the youth much pleasure for drinking with still a good potential for the future.
