In this year, first mention was made of winemaking as the profession and calling of the Gsellmann family.

Since then, the knowledge and love of wine have been passed down over many generations. We are fortunate to be able to draw upon our fathers' and mothers' vast wealth of experience. Accordingly, we do not make our mark on our wines - the wine has made its mark on us, not the other way around. It tells the tale of those who have contributed to its maturity.
